The new construction of the packaging hall for the traditional milling operation Gebr. Bindewald in Bischheim consists of a concrete block containing the offices and communal facilities. This block is to be differentiated from the grey metal facade of the actual hall by making it a different colour. In accordance with the popular description of the company as a "copper mill", the facade was lasured in copper-red shades, with the customer requesting that the monolithic appearance of the structure should be softened by texturing the lasur.
